What is Dust Suppression  Machine?

A Dust Suppression Machine is a mobile anti-pollution system installed on a truck body or vehicle platform and connected to a high-pressure water tank and mist cannon.

It atomizes water into microdroplets using highpressure pumps and fan/nozzle assemblies; droplets collide with dust/smoke particles, increasing their mass so they fall to the ground.

• Mounting: Secure skid or frame to trunk/chassis; fit vibration isolators and bracketry for the cannon, pump, and tank.
• Plumbing & power: Install highpressure pump (electric or enginedriven), piping, valves, and control panel; ensure power takeoff (PTO) compatibility or an independent genset.
• Controls & safety: Remote control, oscillation mechanism, emergency stop, and interlocks to prevent operation during transit.
• Commissioning: Test throw range, nozzle patterns, pump pressure, and ensure leakfree plumbing before regular operation.
